I first started playing poker in 2008 and i’ve been hooked ever since. I can’t claim to have as an impressive résumé as Paul… i’m as Joe average as you can get. I’ve come from a background in trucking to trying to make a living in this crazy game we love. Indeed if I can do it anyone can. I was so determined to succeed in the early days I used to regularly fire up NL10 tables on a laptop in my truck in order to get my daily fix lol.

These days i’m lucky enough to have my own office where I play 6-7 tables upto NL200 on various Euro networks. My focus is quality over quantity as I feel i’m still able to effectively learn that way, such is my desire to further progress up the poker stakes. Working closely with Paul has taken my game to another level, so much so, Paul has encouraged me to write a book for our ‘Poker reference’ book section. Stay tuned for that one, working title: GTO for dummies…

I live in Manchester UK, with my ever suffering Wife-to-be Diane and our two beautiful daughters.
